Palate: The bourbon maintains its abundant sweetness on the palate, delivering a tasty yet classic mix of honey, caramel, vanilla, and light fruit. A very slight amount of oak rounds things out.
Blanton's Single Barrel Bourbon - 750ml
NOSE: nutmeg, spices, dried vanilla, leather
PALATE: honey, caramel, corn, and nutmeg
Buffalo Trace Bourbon - 1Liter
Nose: Instantly likeable and pleasant with notes of caramel, honey, orange, and vanilla. The nose balances these flavors well while also providing an underlying layer of oak and mint.
Palate: Sweet and mellow with notes of brown sugar, vanilla, and toffee. The palate might be too sweet for some, but probably very enjoyable for most. Light amounts of oak and rye spice round out the palate.
Eagle Rare 10 yr. - 750ml
Nose: Complex aromas of toffee, hints of orange peel, herbs, honey, leather and oak.
Taste: Bold, dry, oaky flavors with notes of candied almonds and very rich cocoa.
