In our pursuit of terroir-driven, unapologetic whiskey, we select and marry individual barrels at cask strength to fully express what originally drew us to the robust flavors of the semi-wild rye cultivated in the San Luis Valley.   We finished this in American Brandy barrels for 8 months

Floral, caramel apple, Orange peel

Rich, candied orange peel, baking spice, baked apples and pears
