Distilled at Buffalo Trace, this Kentucky straight bourbon is an exceptionally smooth expression, owing to a mash bill that substitutes wheat for the more commonly used rye. This edition has been matured for an undisclosed length of time before being bottled at a cask strength of 57% abv, without chill filtration.

Vanilla and caramel are sweet the nose, with a hint of dark cherries. The palate is balanced, with sweet toffee notes and toasted oak dominating, followed by a long, chocolatey finish.
